Eric has spent his life taking risks, meeting challenges head-on, and leading by example. Despite an accident in his senior year at Washington State University which left him unable to walk, he earned a degree in Business Administration with specialties in Real Estate and Finance. The first in his family to graduate college.
Embarking on his career in mortgage, Eric continued to overcome obstacles and excel professionally. Absolute Mortgage was founded in 1996 from Eric’s desire to lead a company with core values born from his life philosophy… “Be Nice, and Tell The Truth”. Under his leadership, we have become an organization of talented, knowledgeable professionals who feel valued. In turn, his goal is that our clients and partners leave every interaction having had “The Absolute Experience”.
Eric is a philanthropist, diehard Coug, and a live music enthusiast.
Chrisa joined the Absolute Mortgage Team in April 2014, bringing a wealth of industry knowledge in sales, underwriting, and operations leadership. Driving from the philosophy that success comes when we work smarter, not harder, Chrisa is focused on finding incremental improvements in loan processes that result in more production with greater ease.
Her greatest satisfaction comes from serving others by pouring into individuals and offering support that ranges from a check in phone call to a full deep dive of the guidelines. She strives to create work solutions and experiences that matter.
Growing up in an Italian family with 5 children, Chrisa’s mother cautioned “lies have short legs” (they can’t outrun the truth). When Chrisa was introduced to Eric and learned of the core values at Absolute Mortgage, she knew she was home.
As a Division Director and Branch Manager at Absolute Mortgage, Mike takes tremendous pride in the strength and integrity of his team. With more than 30 years of experience in the mortgage industry, he is committed to supporting both team members and clients in every way he can.
Throughout his career, Mike has held a wide range of roles—from leading a Regional Operations Center to managing a Scenario Desk—which has made him a trusted resource for navigating even the most complex lending situations.
His focus is on helping Loan Originators and clients approach their home-lending needs with clarity and confidence. Mike is passionate about simplifying the complexities of mortgage lending and making the process as straightforward and stress-free as possible.

Stefani brings more than 22 years of experience in the mortgage industry, beginning her career in operations before moving into sales in 2012 and advancing into management in 2017. Her diverse background gives her a strong understanding of the lending process and the needs of both clients and team members.
Known for her supportive and collaborative leadership style, Stefani is committed to building lasting relationships and creating a team environment that feels like family. Ethical practices, transparency, and pride in her work guide each decision she makes.
Stefani is dedicated to helping clients build long-term wealth through real estate and to mentoring loan officers as they grow their careers. Always willing to help, she focuses on fostering success, strengthening connections, and providing reliable support throughout the lending journey.
