Being in the real estate field since 1970 I have a wide variety of experience including 27 years in loan originating including tenures at Washington Mutual and Sterling Mortgage and Normandy Mortgage, Inc. specializing in all  aspects of residential lending including Reverse Mortgages as well as commercial lending.

On a personal note I have lived in the Burien area for 31 years, a single parent raising a 15 year old Eagle Scout and in the 13th year of a 2 year remodeling project. I hope to complete the remodel before my son graduates from high school.
