Dietrich graduated from Washington State University with a BA in information systems and worked as a software consultant until 2002. He then began his mortgage practice and found that he has a passion for helping his clients make strategic decisions.

Dietrich has built his mortgage practice on a solid foundation of education, advice, customer service and outstanding work ethic that is noticed by his peers and clients. Dietrich lives in Issaquah with his wife and two sons.
